Air Jordan III – Oregon Ducks.

www.enliten.me

“The Oregon Ducks-themed Air Jordan 3′s pop up once more. Yesterday we got a first-look at an ‘Oregon’ Air Jordan 3 White/Cement, and today we get a second look at the Air Jordan 3 – Black Oregon Ducks, which popped up a few weeks back. Like the white pair, there’s no reason to expect that these will ever release publicly, but of course we’ll let you know if anything changes. Via @thisisdaners” – NikeBlog

Nike Basketball Air Max LeBron VII NFW “Red Carpet” Quickstrike.

The colorway on these new LeBron shoes are pretty cool looking. I like how the front of each shoe says either “twenty” or “three”.  I like these new LeBron’s a lot better than the new Jordan shoes.

“Nike’s innovative yet simplistic Flywire technology has seen itself at the center of numerous high-performance sneakers from Nike since its inception. However a trend that has seen itself over a few different performance basketball sneakers has included the NFW treatment, designated as No Flywire. The original LeBron VII is for the most part a Flywire sneaker as this special release does away with the lightweight, supportive material in favor of a woven pattern. The colorway is reminsicent of some of the “Clearwater” drops seen earlier this year from the lifestyle department of Nike with the use of blue-green with white and black colors. Available now at Kix-Files.”

Nike Air Penny II Black/Metallic Copper.

Check out these new Air Penny II. Thoughts on the colors?

nike-air-penny-ii-retro-copper-1

“Adding a bit of flair to the usually toned down Air Penny II silhouette, Nike works up a new Black/Metallic Copper version of the classic Penny Hardaway-endorsed sneaker. The shoes boast a primarily Black backdrop with a suede/leather upper, translucent Copper outsoles, and Copper detailing/piping throughout. A release is slated for this Saturday, September 26th, 2009 at select Footlocker House of Hoops locations.”

Nike Air Force II Premium “Gucci” Colorway Sneaker.

Gucci seems to be a brand that is becoming more and more popular everyday.  It it so popular that Nike has even gone off of the brand and developed a shoe to match the Gucci brand.

nike-air-force-ii-premium-gucci“Following up on their previously seen samples, Nike re-vamps the upcoming Gucci-inspired Air Force II’s with a touch of their premium treatment and further developed detailing. While the Air Force 1 successor maintains its black tonal look, it receives rejuvenated materials in place of the bubble textured leather and of course Gucci-esque piping throughout. Now available at atmos Japan.”

Nike Air Griffey Max 1 Retro.

nike-air-griffey-max-1-retro-1“Although pictures have been floating around for awhile, some new images surfaced of the Nike Air Griffey Max 1 scheduled to release as a retro this coming April. Officially the first Griffey model baring his name, the kicks were one of Nike’s more popular sneakers in the 90’s (certainly my favorite). Propelling the Griffey name into a legendary sneaker lineup, the kicks were somewhat comparable to that of Penny Hardaway in nostalgic stature, although both of their careers were unfortunately slowed down by injuries. In a classic Mariner’s colorway, the cross trainers will be available at Nike urban accounts beginning April 2009 with a retail price of $140 USD.”

Nike 2009 Releases.

nike-2009-air-max-jan-3

With a load of releases scheduled to hit Nike’s retail accounts, Proper gives a look into some of their new in-store drops. A variety of Air Max’s see some new colorways including the Air Max 90, Air Max 1 and Tailwind 92’s. Along with the runners, a new woven Blazer makes an appearance as well as the return of Nike’s Big Nike, originally making its debut in ‘85 on the feet of NBA giant Manute Bol.
